nineply: No way would I insult Mr Hodge. I have one concern ! The concern being that 5M CDN would double the Zimtu market Cap. That would make me the largest shareholder in Zimtu. One i do not think Mr. Hodge would like that and Two, I would then be a insider and have to show my trading in Zimtu stock. I have never held more than 5% of any publicly traded company and maybe should stay that way. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I will have to lthink about this .
