Obe Debt to Annualized Q Funds Flow....Q1 we were at a ratio 3.3 times...


Using Q2 funds flow as presented 2.575 times

If adjusted for share based compensation 2.127 times.

With our low decline rates and in Q3 here we should be running at under 2 times if annualize Q3...under 2 times and I think OBE has more options with share buybacks.
