RE:Supporting EvidenceMaybe they are securing future investors with the Jewish community, not that I think we need any money until a triggering event that launches the biggest greenrush the world will see for the US.
Vertical stacking pot businesses in each State to be able to get a product out is happening but I'm not convinced that allowing Interstate Transfer wouldn't be the better way to go.
If Tinley can set up logistically placed bottling facilities they can service several States from one location. That's good for quality, consistency and supply if one facility can't produce for a breakdown or other event.
There's got to be lots of consumers looking for Kosher products too and if Tinley qualifies, what's the matter with putting it on the label!!
Jones Soda got off to a good launch on the news that they are branching out to do a CBD beverage. Reminds me of the old days of Tinley when we flirted with $2 range shareprice.
Jmho, but Jones needed to try something else besides their Turkey and Gravy unique oddball flavours that they were trying to keep afloat with and they jumped on the cannabinoid wagon and seem to be secured with some backers that I think have the stuff to fight the odds against successful beverages. Keep in mind that most fail and Cannabinoids are just the new shiney product with potential and has a lot of newcomers queing up for it.
Tinley has been around for 5 years and are successfully navigating their way to shelves in California and more States for their wholly owned Beckett's line. They have formulated, market-tested and reformulated products to win a couple of awards from a group of peers.
Tinley also has some powerhouse team members that should be able to bring this home. Lots of beverage experience years across the boards and now tackling the new vice market, which comes with aggravation and delay because the law and policy makers are afraid of making mistakes.
Schumer is on the right track in his efforts to deal with the major stumbling blocks that are hindering ALL US marijuana companies and those non-US companies that are targetting the big American marketplace.
I want to see Tinley get the recognition that I think is overdue and anybody that followed the last week with Jones can see that there is potential there, maybe even a little more irrational exuberance sharepricing. Tinley is worth so much more than the old $2 days as the business plan is being fullfilled. We're not there yet but still moving towards our goals.
Newcomers like Jones and all of the others have to jump the hurdles just like Tinley is doing!
