1) 15% options and dsu's adding 45 million shares to the float -.sure they're for the new employee Frank Shannon ....
2) AGM hijacked nobody allows to vote or voice any concerns
3) Ray Matthews still getting paid for the IR services ....Temple YouTube clip ... that will bring in some insitutional investors ....does Ray Matthews also get to participate in the 15% option plan ?
4). Canacorrd LGJ finacincing at $1.20 adding another 48 million shares to the float
