11:33 AM EDT, 08/03/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Nova Leap Health Corp (NLH.V) has completed the acquisition of a New England home care business. The execution of the definitive agreement was previously announced on September 3, 2020.

"With the licensing process behind us on this particular transaction, we continue to move forward with our expansion plans in New England," said Chris Dobbin, President & CEO of Nova Leap.
