I agree , however I do think that it is going to be taken out before it can ever reach that price, it is so actively traded I believe this being done , one to make money and two  to keep the price low so that it can be taken out at the right timeat the right price, I am not a trader wish I was but as soon as I try it would probably be gone and I would be on the outside looking in, so I wait I will
