RE:RE:CITIC Limited Is The MUCH BIGGER PartnerShould be simple enough I'd think - they are prohibited from increasing their ownership stakes until expiry then they can do whatever they want.

I don't know but I wonder if there is an ability for them to make an offer for all of the shares at any time? Could they offer $25 each tomorrow for all of the shares they don't own? Perhaps not, it could be that they just have to wait.

Expiry is coming on fast, it'll be interesting to see what happens. It could be that nothing happens. The Chinese are getting all of the Cu which is their main priority and they are leveraging the operational, financial and exploration expertise of the elite IVN executive and management teams. Maybe they'll be content with the status quo from which they are getting their main priority without having to allocate executive and managerial resources which they can keep deployed elsewhere.
