EARNS YOUNGPrice Waterhouse Cooper  made a disclamer last month because they know the fragility of the company and also the credibility of the lawsuit. They realy don't want to be involved. 

I know that former auditors, Earns Young were close to be include in the proceeding against Liminal. 

Dunton Rainville, lawyers for 650 plaintifs decided to wait and doing some accontant expertise before pursuing them. Like AMF they are not out of the mind of plaintif.
