Regarding AGM and the way management deals with it: After the desaster back in December 2017 and withdrawl of an interested party, Howie and Gang didn't have the nuts to perfom an AGM the following year. Too many bad vibrations out there... So they just skipt it and perfomed the AGM in April 2019 for the 2 (two!) financial years ended October 2017 and October 2018. And as we all know, the mood at that time was definitely better. So they ended up with their board reelection with an approval rate, which reminds me more of head of state election results in North Korea or other despotic countries...
