RE:RE:RE:Rolling overI don't get it either.  Ashford Hospitality Trust is trading at less than 10% of its precovid price, yet HOT is still above $4 down from $6 precovid.  Both are US Hotels.

The hotel indusrty is still a big question mark with this virus in control.

Until we get control of the virus it's hard to imagine a big leg up.

We witness a gradual decline on low volume and we have no dividend to help the share price.

Heading into the fall/winter it's anyone's guess where this will trade at.
