RE:RE:Weak Volume With Pending NewsJeff's presenting tomorrow.  He either says something noteworthy or provides information we already know.  Either way it's pending news.  Saying nothing new when your stock has dropped significantly and there is little trading volume despite the fact that new infrastructure announcements are coming on both sides of the border is telling too.
