Check Page 28 for reference.  Over 60% of Crew's lands in the BC Montney are outside of Blueberry Claim Area.  All of groundbirch (for LNG export) is.

Plus no toll fees on the North Montney mainline required to get gas to CGL when it's done.

They will have the same treaty 8 issues, and are a single resouce. A great resouce been in development for a very long time. Under capitialized, they can only hope for a take out but this Treaty 8 stuff will put everything on the back burner.
