How big are the deficits of Kazatomprom?

How big are the deficits of Kazatomprom? Mango, Greeny, VTR, instead of posting news regularly on daily events, any of you wants to do a little fundamental digging? And find out how Kazatomprom's production vs sales numbers (and hence deficits) evolved over the last several years. If one of you has time. Here is a link with their annual reports.

E.g. in 2019, they produced ~13K tonnes  and sold ~16K. So defici of 3K
In 2020 they produced ~10K tonnes and sold ~16K, so a deficit of 6K.
In 2021 they're so far close to their 2020 production in the first half of the year.

What about previous years? All reports are here.

From what I can tell, although US utilities are keeping a more or less steady supply of 2 years for some time (e.g. p. 19 of https://www.eia.gov/uranium/marketing/pdf/umar2020.pdf), the two major producers Kazatomprom and Cameco themselves are running low on inventory.
