RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sernova is next.Bio, I know what you guys have been complaining about, but complaining is not the same thing as offering a solution. Will seeing the AGM voting numbers suddenly fix all of the problems? Who cares what the numbers were, the fact is that the votes passed and knowing if it was close or not will not change the outcome, and will not change your sentiment either.
So the main other complaint you guys have is with Ray Matthews. Well, what would you have sernova do? Fire him and pay him a nice little severance package? Then post an ad for an IR manager on indeed? I mean really, what is a realistic solution to the Ray Matthews problem and do you think this should be a top priority of the company?
I can see why you would believe there is a lack of transparancy. We as investors are left in the dark with what is truly happening at the company on a week to week basis. However, I'm choosing not to jump to conclusions because there really isn't a reason to.
But ultimately, I don't think the problem is so much in a lack of transparancy, but rather a lack in patience. The problem is that we don't have timelines on anything. We don't have a estimated date to complete enrollment and we won't get one because they clearly have been unable to accurately estimate it anyway. We don't know when we'll get regulatory approval for the thyroid program in canada and the united states. We don't know when the next update on T1D trial will be. We don't know when some of these collaborations will convert into deals. We don't know when some more strategic hires will be made. We don't know how long we have to wait and that makes people extremely impatient.
So what can Sernova do about it? Give us an inaccurate estimate and just upset us further when they don't meet the deadline? I don't know, to me it seems like you guys will never be satisfied so why bother trying to pander to you anyway?
