Good grief MotorMouth the depth of your naivete is unfathomable. It is quite likely that disinterested investors don't bother to vote. Add to that the fact that management was slavishly knocking on the doors of big investors to garner votes and you can hardly put much stock in saying dissenters are in the minority. A minority of 40% might BE a minority but the fact that 40% went to the trouble to vote against would be significant. Non votes default to for votes. You are a fool.
