Earnings ReportI give this report a A-
Hard to pay down debt when you are growing production and building up new areas, building new pipelines, reducing gas emmissions, and cleaning up old wells.
I believe the looking forward notes are much better especially in the 4th quarter.
Also, any additional price improvments can either take care of even more drilling potential and or paying down the debt. I mean if you have an extra $10 million a quarter makes it very easy to do.
On the other end costs just keep dropping as they do with most other Canadian firms.
Now we have Ultra Extended Reach Horizontal wells UERH's. These wells do produce more but I believe take the place of having to drill on another location. So the question is how many fewer wells are do they replace but at the same time reduces the number of locations total available if I am making sense.
They also produce a lot more but do cost more, just that they are a lower cost per meter drilled I believe.
If we can just get NG prices to keep doing as good as now or better it will be a home run eventually.
Buying new property may be a caveat in the future.
