I did consider that Oldnagger (before I posted).. i.e. PMT/Sequoia type of transaction.. but it's not.. this is a clear AER approved transfer of wells to a legit operating company, whose core operations are at Lloyd.

Call IR to confirm, but John will unlikely disclose .. but connect the dots.

If you're really not sure, validate via the well locations.. then you can be sure yourselves.
