You see other company shares in other sectors rocking high and yet these are slugs. Example.....symbol ZZZ and....There are companies in the tech sector too for example, that don't make any money like oil companies and their share are going through the roof. IE.....Lightspeed! Take a look at their 1 yr chart! 

Tech is in vogue and oil isn't . It's that simple. I don't know what it's going to take for this sector to be back in vogue.
