RE:RE:Competing Offers?

RE:RE:Competing Offers? It has to go to a shareholder vote. It's the directors of Score , John Levy and Benjamin Levy and Relay Ventures that made the deal with 30% of the existing voting shares of the Score. I've been going over the deal in detail. If someone with deep pockets starts purchasing more it could get interesting. Usually when they have 30% the deal goes through. There is a termination fee payable under certain circumstances but it's not detailed.  There are approvals also required from gaming and authorities as well as others. Looks like Levy will still run the new entity but with Penn so he's keeps his baby. Hoping Penn price keeps going up. Will give an added few bucks to the deal.
