RE:Patchh- we are curious on a number of things

that bed pan is rather ofensive...  he's a fraud..  U don't hold a one man band - esecially something less than 35$..  U sell and divide..  stoks are not bitcoin or altcoins where all other coins are teathered to a bitcoin..

as to the local sudds parlor... 

these are very small towns & U simply don't go running in like the CIA 2 game a few pointers...

that said..  there is a tremendous amount of multimillion dollar construction in this area..

entire town getting new water lines..  moving mountain tops on US Hwy 95 to construct passing lanes..  some' company constructed an aggregate plant - ran water lines 20 miles..

the aggregate plant - cement and asphlaut is still on site..  about 20 miles out of shurtz nevada..  mabey for the transloading facility construction..  this will carry rail to a new silo type facility @ on the shurtz reservation..  they own all of the land and easments headed to US 95..

Fernley up the street is building huge industrial parks..  multi million square footers..

by comparison - look @ Elko Nevada - Google Maps..   follow the rail lines..  none of that was there when I came bak west 20Yrs ago..

there are mines above Yearington that are in the hundred thousand acre traks..  that has cobalt and nickel - moly - presently its a trash ore; only gold is produced..  this limits the size of the mines in this area not much bigger than a junior glory hole digger..

Kennicott or Rio in Salt Lake is sceduled to B Mined out by 2030..  this mine has one of the largest smelters on the planet..  that leaved the door wide open for Phoneix and NCI for Cu++ feedstoks..  that merans new U pak lines to haul ore...

soo yes the entire area is a good investment.. 

its simply a waste of hot air to run down town and start asking 50 questions..  the ols ARC site next door is blasting and hauling ore off to a roaster and metals lab - somewhere...
