RE:RE:RE:Delta shotWhy does it matter? Too much media hype over the Delta variant. Fully vacinated people are travelling, borders are reopening, and people who refuse to get vaccinated don't give a sh*t and will travel anyway. They will not shut down the economy again. Too much damage has been done. All spells good news for AHIP's hotels. Average US hotel profit is aleady at 84% of pre-covid levels and ADR's are all time highs. Typically hotels cut rates to get occupancies back up but that is not what is happening now, demand has driven rates higher than ever.  I believe this will be substantiated in next weeks Q2 results.
