Astutein, DM issues an NR stating they are bidding on a $40M contract and have already passed 2 stages of said RFP process and you say nothing about that yet come on here complaining about the lack of a phone number on their website ... the "Contact" button at the bottom of the page is what I believe you are looking for... it's a very common contact us and we will respond form... happy to help... have a great weekend!
