Are you kidding me!?! You must be as stupid as you think others are.
Why.., why, why would an offer be made to surrender your shares for even .55 if there were a good chance things would go badly due to this? The answer is, it's fine and will be worked out as the deals play out. Stop trying to scare people that have waited so long for a payday.
