RE:RE:Contract(s)Also, it is including only 5 years of maintenamce if I remember correctly. So about 250k/year in revenue per torch sold, and my humble assumption is that they will last way more than 5 year... 100 torch would then bring 25M/year for years and years to come... 500 torches 125M/year... Might not happen in 6 months though if anyone wonders..

First off, Peter stated in an interview, that the estimated $3 million per torch is based on a torch price of $1.2 million, and the rest is maintenance and parts. And he was elated to point out that the base price for client A was $1.8 million, rather that $1.2 million. That implies a total of $3.6 million per torch, when you factor in maintenance & parts.
Second, the US Navy deal really is a contract, not an LOI. And the technology is not being tested. The PAWDS system is already on the US Navy ships. PYR is busy producing two new systems for installation on board two new ships. They've already received $4.8 million, and they'll receive the final payment upon delivery. See below. Snowdrift PyroGenesis Canada Inc () (), which designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes plasma atomized metal powder, plasma waste-to-energy systems and plasma torch products, has won an $11.5 million contract with the US Navy.
Under the contract, the company said it will provide its waste destruction technology for two systems -- one for each ship in the US Navy’s two-ship build.
In a statement, PyroGenesis said the contract includes a first payment of about $4.8 million. The project should be completed within 18 months, installed on the next Gerald R. Ford-class of US aircraft carriers -- the USS Enterprise (CVN-80) and the USS Doris Miller (CVN-81).

I posted awhile back the US Navy torch deal, that by the way is NOT a contract. At present, the testing ( on proven technology ) is being done in, I believe Montreal?, and is an LOI commitment from the Navy.
HPQ is a contract, but is nowhere near 65 mil.
Drosite systems are an LOU.
Again, I have a sizeable investment here, so all I want is to understand why Uncleron posts pie in the sky "signed contract " numbers when it doesn't appear there are any actual torch contracts, just LOI and LOU's. Is he actually Peter maybe trying to subtly tell us something? Probably not, as that would be frowned on by the SEC.
I keep wanting to buy more at these levels, but DD says not to. I've gone back through most every news release over the past 15 months and see tons of " future " potential and lots of hyperbole, but no signed torch deals.
My understanding is the one torch sold, was heavily discounted as a trial ballon? Smart.....
I suspect it will drop a little more unless some of unclerons predictions come true regarding deals.
I hope everyone invested in Pyrogenisis does well.
