Posters on that site are alluding to a bit of a slip by her about the timeline .

 

Dear ENDZONE, At a risk of going out on a limb, I think it is interesting that they want the first 4 to be in operation in 2022. In my opinion, this is almost behind schedule and the cost of build out you are talking about is a serious commitment. Multiply this interest across the many interested parties we are speaking to and I would suggest “Houston, we have lift off”. In a separate conversation that we press released, the immediate interest is for 36 torches so you can see how this is building up quite nicely.
