You shouldn't be surprized; don't act ( as per your WTF comment) as though you are.
You are enquiring about news whilst providing news of the return of the market maker (s). LOL
I have news for everybody, The Market Maker(s) didn't ever leave.
With such low daily traded volume, the Market Maker (s) can whip the price around like a 2,000 LB gorilla; and can do so at a whim.
