RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Another response from BorisI think the reply is real but it's from the wrong person. the Lead Inquries Officer seems to be the person who answers emails to the OSC. He directly says he is not involved with Stan's Energy review. I'm pretty sure when Boris talks about the Team Leader at the OSC, he's talking about the leader of the team that is handling Stan's Energy review and CTO.
