He is required to disclose the holdings regardless if it is direct or indirect ownership. Ron MacDonald violates security laws.

Allenjames can prove me wrong by providing a link to Ronny's disclosures on SEDI. But he can't as Ronny never made any SEDI filings regarding his holdings in Zinc8.

Everybody can perform DD on their own by running a query on the SEDI database. You'll find zilch!
