The Company’s only mineral property during the three years ended September 30, 2020 was the Lone Pine property located in British Columbia (the “Lone Pine Property”). During the year ended September 30, 2019, the Company decided to no longer pursue the Lone Pine Property. On June 26, 2020, the Company issued 208,334 Common Shares in order to satisfy annual royalty payment obligations for the Company to maintain a 100% working interest in the Lone Pine Property. On May 28, 2021, the Company entered into an agreement with Impala Capital Corp. to sell the Lone Pine Property for $50,000, which closed on May 28, 2021.
