It seems that every time Spectral makes an announcement of something that on the surface is positive, the share price drops. I believe it's because the timeline to succes seems to almost always be pushed back... which leads to the need for more capital which eventually leads to a new offering of stock which leads to more share price dilution which leads to anger on the part of current shareholders.
It wouldn't surprise me if at next year's annual shareholder meeting in June, the company asks for another 12 month extension to reverse split shares to prep for entry to a U.S. exchange.
With such little progress in the last 18 months, (yes, I know the virus has slowed things down) it makes me wonder if everyone in the company is working part time for full time salaries?
I'm a long term significant shareholder and I remain optimistic for a positive end game, but I'm retired and I hope I can reap a reward from my investment in Spectral in my lifetime
