Cease trade order applied for 7/16

The company applied to the OSC for a Management Cease Trade Order on 7/16 pending re-filing of the documents in question. They plan to have the financials re-filed by 8/13 at which time the CTO will be automatically lifted according to the Material Change Report dated 7/20. All this is on Sedar.
