BSR has two families who own a big chunk (founders) so unless they are willing to call it quits I doubt they get sold. But never know if they get a good offer.

I think Blackstone takes out Tricon next. 

Blackstone would love to get their paws on Granite REIT but down the food chain. They of course are familiar with Kevan Gorrie (CEO of Granite REIT) who was CEO of Pure Industrial when they bought it out.
