Nevada moved on Stigaset or QTA @ the end of July - Early Aug..  what Nev State or NS did here was to cancel their water rites...  QTA held at one time 10,000 acre feet across the street from NCI or on the boundary..

last winter QTA SOLD 5000 acre feeet to sheep something -or- a sheep farmer in mason valley; the bigie deal here -is- the are NO sheep farmers in Yearington..  QTA simplyt sold the rites for 1.2M$ to a ghost.. 

NS came in last mont and Siezed the remaining 5000 acre feet..  this is in the paper..  they told QTA they had no use for the water going forward, and apparently zissed the power rangers next door off ''w a Baloney Sale Price.. 

several weeks bak - Betting Yr pulled the water rites up for NCI..  we could only locate 18.o acre feet to supply offices lab and latrines..  not a drop for the milles/mine..

Fast bakwards a little ---> sometime' bak i saw a line charge in one of the sedars for Water @ NCI..  what i could not determine was the 325,000 water nilAbillAl  -or- a monthly charge -or- an annual lease rate from one of the valley ranchers...  me thinks its closer to 3.2M$ for water going into the mine...

freeport in arizona is using 20,000 feet for 200,000 tons milled..

Then -- >>  not really a squatter in mason valley..  HBM is starting to move again in the storks dept..  not much..  but whats new(s) -is- its trading AFTER HOURS..  so is LODE so is LAC - so is GOLD...


QTA is bankrupt trading @ 11 cents w no water to sell for further mineral drilling..  QTA is filling their pickel barrel w gravel; they B eating weeds come sept..

ok !  now what !  QTA sits on the boundary of NCI..  i willbet a remote 'fifty-jersey' !  that QTA is snatched by NCI - very soon or @ a minimum HBM (more likely)

I think NCI is getting ready to pull the trigger..  that 6M shares is for a new stakeholder ???

as to the Wts ?  yes we lost a little tail hooker going into the expiration..  but then again they arenot going to expire anywhere close to 60 cents..
