RE:RE:RE:RE:Our future seems to be There's always more for sale (at some price) than people are bidding on . I think you also meant *showing nothing. We have no idea what they are or are not doing behind the scenes. While I am frustrated by the apparent lack of clear communication /progress, I can also understand the silence. Look how much we dislike the vague muddy waters updates. Even for a public company in control of all its own moving parts there are things they can and cannot say (good or bad) until they are a material nature (then they have too good or bad). This is exasperated when saod public company is in B2B deals with private companies that have no duty to disclose. Of course again if it becomes of a serious material nature to the public company then it would have to be disclosed. This brings me to 2 things
1. As absolutely frustrating as this is the deal (and it's orders) must still be ongoing and moving forward. . While we want to know what's going on (and we think it material) only something as serious as a broken/breeched contract would have the duty to disclose.
2. We assume the delay(s) is all our fault , but who is to say it is? It could be anything/anyone or any combination thereof at any point in the production line. These are things that get worked out on subsequent orders. It should be any further delays in follow up orders that we should be more critical of. Could be tweaking order (like that PRC article that spoke of the bulk buy) . Again one silver lining to not getting an update is that the deal just still be moving forward through its growing pains.
Hoping for some news or update sooner than later. GLTUA
