Regarding enterprise value: I quoted (as stated) from Investopedia.com. You can go to any website you want, the definition of EV the same. Here are some examples.
"The enterprise value of a company can be ideally defined as an amount that represents the entire cost of the company in case some investor intends to acquire 100% of it."
"The enterprise value (EV) is an alternative valuation metric that reflects the market value of an entire company in a way simple market capitalization figures can't."
"Enterprise value is a measurement of the total value of a company that shows how much it would cost to buy the entire company, including its debt."
"Enterprise value (EV) is a metric that measures the total value of a company. It is more comprehensive than market capitalization because it also accounts for the company's cash and debt levels."
"Enterprise value, also called firm value, is a business valuation calculation that measures the worth of a company by comparing its stock price, outstanding debt, and cash and equivalents in the event of a company sale. In other words, it's a way to measure how much a purchasing company should pay to buy out another company."
But of course Allenjames the paid pumper and dumba$$ Zimtu shill wants you to believe that a lower EV is better. lol
What a piece of sh!t liar.
