unsure re Julie Phillips.

personally voted to withhold my vote for Cammarata to be on the BoD. Not effective governance for the CEO to be only the board.

also voted against the granting of options at this point.

re revenue stuff - its just the difference in timing under IFRS on when you can claim revenue when being sold B2B vs. needing to reflect sales under a B2C model, which has created delays in revenue recognition as the company launches into new markets.
