I gave one the benefit of the doubt, but learned my lesson again. I finally put them on ignore as I should have done months ago.

@Jeniffer I agree with Leone on one point: Dont listen to posters on a message board, and do Your own due diligence.
Promotional videos are one source of data, but should be verified.
Published financials are usually reliable, and are another important source of information.
In this case, the suggestion by Leone and others that there is a agreement for buyout that does not exist, to my knowledge, and is not indicated on the videos referenced.
(They do discuss the possibility of buyout but do not indicate an agreement exists which is a critical point and would change this story dramatically).
Note that despite the hand waving, no one can dispute this fact.
If it was factual, it would have also been a matter requiring disclosure according to the OSC and the SEC under item 101A.(Links below)
