Statement A is incorrect. If a person holds shares in a company A, which holds shares in company B of which the Person is a insider. Said insider does not and cannot report said shares in company B on sedi as the Person is not the owner of the shares. This far too complex for you to understand !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I recommend you see a lawyer, or report the said wrong doing to Sedi. Either will tell you the same as I have. No wrong doing has occured.
