Under attackbut still alive. Daugelas' plan might be to buy at 5 cents, and gain the control stake in the company. Then, they will kick Paul, RIch, Bill, and other traitors and resurect the company from the ashes. One more time the Sith Lords Daugelas will rule the Galaxy with the Blade Optics and derivative technologies.
