RE:Wishpond has been buying back shares and cancelling them
They plan to buy back more as per the news release from June 7. They plan to purchase up to 2,590,389 Shares in total, being 5% of the total number of 51,807,799 Shares outstanding as at June 3, 2021. Also there was insider buying by the COO and co founder Jordan Guttierez Keever today for 10000 shares. Ali Tajsekandar the CEO has also been buying lately.
