RE:Very disappointed in Heritage Management
RE:Very disappointed in Heritage ManagementMoneybags28, Clint said the same thing to me no reverse splits many times in his e-mails to me. The woman on the board who was dumping her shares according to Clint had too because her husband was very sick and she needed the income. I kept hammering Clint about the number of shares he was using to buy these various companies that were good opportunities for Heritage. He said no problem the income that these companies generated would cover the number of outstanding shares. I didn't agree with him taking equity instead of a salary but he said it would help not to increase the number of outstanding shares. I mentioned to him about doing some promotion he said he doesn't believe in hype. Heritage would have to prove itself. I agree tier 3 management won't get the job done. I hope the new CEO with his experience and connections will get the cmpany on solid footing.. Clint thinks a R/S will create intersest in the company because the stock will trade over $1.00 share to meet the investment minimum to qualify on certain exchanges. What he doesn't seem to understand most investors don't want to be involved with a stock like that. The movers and shakers want a deal on the price of the stock which means more dililution . Plus once they start doing R/S they'll be coming fast and furious. My suggestion to him was to create some serious revenues in the other four companies. Look at P/5 4 million dollars in each quarter. I talk to a lot of investors via email they're not happy.
