nineply: Obviously you are wrong again. If you really think you are right then make a written complaint to the Securities commission.

Regarding National Instrument 55-104. Go to Section 5.2 (reporting exemption). You will see that Ron MacDonald has met alternative reporting requirements. In other words he has not violated any law.

Nineply: again you have proven you cannot read legal documents and find the right information.
