Falling Share Price

Hard for an investor to understand why we are now down after what appeared to be an encouraging NR.I know day traders can manipulate the price and the Company's track record does nothing to instill confidence.I wonder if the NR was not as positive as it appeared? I was ready to increase my position this AM @ the $2.20 level but glad the market action changed my mind.
What do other knowledgeable posters think?
