RE:RE:RE:RE:One-Night Sale!

RE:RE:RE:RE:One-Night Sale!Hi My own opinion on a private company formed to receive NSR, divident, compensation is different from some on this board.

Many individuals form a private company to help differ income taxes, reduce personnal liability,
estate planning, eliminate some of the expenses such as social security,Csst,Rrq, etc.

Many on this board have formed a company for those same reasons except we probably were not
competent enough to do it in a taxe heaven country.

Many other large investors , ex: Eric Sprott, Osisko royalty, use a co. to invest, receive royalty
and  use their influence to have a representive on the BOD .

All of that is accepted by Gouvernment and share holders.

Why would it be different for Mr R Hinse. The Nsr has to be paid and it doesn't make any difference to Abcourt  if it is paid to Decochib  or Eric Sprott or any other co.
As for compensation for managing Abcourt it could be in a regular salary or divident or a bill produced by Decochib. That also doesn't make a difference to Abcourt co.

The only concern that we should have is what is the compensation paid to Decochib for
Mr Hinse work. Is it too high or fair or too low.

Is the Nsr for Elder calculated correctly.

As for Normand Hinse experience in mining ,all childrens learn from their parents and after +-65 years of listening to Renaud maybe he knows much more than all of us combined.
