Set a deadline and stick to it! If you dont see any upside sell. Could be the one time you shouldn't!

I for one disagree with your analysis of CEO's.. They all have/had their strengths, Hill is the most experienced to deliver the MA they'd laid out to do, plus the only one with international experience!

Give it at least till xmas.....
