Buildouts

Would have been nice to get a speculative timeline on the buildouts, depending on openings empower will only get a portion of income for q4. September 1 doesn't seem like a realistic timeline since it took 4-5 months to add office space to Kai. Permits and inspections plus contractors pulled thin in a booming housing market makes for the possibility of a long wait.
