That's exactly why if true they should be buying, as per Paul the SP is way undervalued so if insiders ( management, board members) agree with that statement they should take the opportunity and buy into a very undervalued company. Many companies big or small have double digits insider ownership being an old company isn't relevant as in the last more than two decades we have had new folks in the company. Options doesn't mean anything as for their level of confidence in the company's future.
