the dip in price are for 2 reasons...Ceo went in so many directions , now a strategic review..lost confidence what they are doing ,and the net loss worse this quarter

-- Net loss of $23.0 million compared to a net loss of $11.4 million in the

first quarter of the previous year.

-- Adjusted EBITDA loss was $15.9 million compared to an Adjusted EBITDA

loss of $2.5 million in the comparable period in fiscal year 2021.
