RE:Who else Feels they are owed an Apology From UEX?

RE:Who else Feels they are owed an Apology From UEX?I don't disagree, but this is an overly harsh assessment given the larger market. Taking Roger at his word in a crux interview it was very late in the process that they got any indication from JCU about them reneging on the deal. Also there options were excercised post amendment so they did not capitalize either, the decline since then has been sector wide.

Has the timing been poor on Covalt, yes, but right now the focus is on uranium, it doesn't cost much to let it sit for  slightly better conditions. If anything a spin out will be costly and dilute, summer is a poor time to do any sort of transaction anyway.

could they be more active, yes, but I get the sense they are an old school team and just not Twitter savvy. Would it be better if they spent more money on PR and sending out everyone hats, UEX has just been on par with the sector the past month - including those companies that have been more active.
