Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. Exactly.
I did reference the time in the video where the possibility of a buyout is mentioned but there is no mention of an agreement at all.
This would be material news.
Otherwise its pumping the stock with innuendos, or in this case incorrect and misleading statements.
